MICHAEL MURPHYSWEET, Owner/President
Michael has been working in HVAC trade for 20 years providing top-notch excellent service to the community. He has been certified as well as highly trained in the home energy side of the HVAC industry. He works right along with his employees in the service department, day in and day out. It is important to Michael to make sure our company provides the best possible service whether it is in the installation or service side of the industry. Michael has been working in the Energy Efficiency and Environmental Engineering field since 1996. Michael is the only certified RESNET and BPI Home Energy instructor in Idaho.
JENNY AMMERMAN, Owner/CFO
Jenny has been in the HVAC trade for 20 years with extensive experience in dispatching and customer service. She provides excellent phone skills as well as dispatching. She is also works right along with our employees to ensure our company can provide the best possible customer service to everyone that calls into our office for help.
Jenny is also our CFO and does all the bookkeeping for the company.
FLOYD PEEK, Operations Coordinator
Floyd has been in the HVAC trade for many, many years with extensive training in all aspects from installation to service to sales. He is a very dedicated employee and works very well with everyone at Capital City Heating & Cooling as well as ALL of our clients.
ADAM SMITH, Service Technician
Adam has been working in the HVAC field for many years. He has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial service as well as installation. He has excellent people skills. He has that touch that makes our clients feel comfortable having him in their home.
RICHARD PABST, Maintenance Technician
Richard is new to our crew. He has had great reviews and provides excellent service to all of our clients. He has that special touch that makes our clients feel good about him being their home. He has extensive knowledge of the installation aspect of the business.

We cannot forget our installation department. Our installers are professional and courteous to all of our clients. As well as having the knowledge to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.
